The RAFT operates a resource centre, emergency shelter and provides community outreach and development activities to youth in the Niagara Region. The RAFT offers a number of options to youth who find themselves without a place to go, or who are in danger of not having a place to go. We work to connect homeless and at risk youth to the services they need to get themselves back on track.

Judith Lasater has taught yoga since 1971. She holds a doctorate in East-West psychology and is a physical therapist. Judith is president of the California Yoga Teachers Association, and serves on the advisory boards of Yoga Journal and the Yoga Research and Education Center.
